This is my resupply box. When I use the last of something, the packet goes in the box. If it doesn’t have a packet, I drop the last item in the box instead.
Last grinding disk? In the box.
Busted drill bit? In the box.
The contents of the box becomes my shopping list when I make a trip into town. It’s a simple system that’s inspired by the way Toyota makes cars. I can keep working away without losing track of what needs replacing.
