A fruit fly experiment that also doubled as an interactive instrument. The readings from the experiment were taken live and synthesised into musical notes. Displayed at a Science Fair, children were able to ‘play’ the current state of the experiment. Participants were able to compare the sounds made by the different dependant variables against the sounds made by the control conditions.
